Venue Cleaning and Set Up Venue Team
An important role at Redeemed Farm and works hard to ensure spaces are clean, prepared and ready to host the next event. This role is an integral part of the Redeemed Farm mission of being a premiere venue that reflects care, beauty and high standards
Shifts are seasonal (May-October). They are typically 4-5 hour shifts and most frequently on Friday, Saturday and Sunday with an occasional Thursday.
Responsibilities
Work as a team and individually to ensure the property is wonderfully clean, cared for and preparedthe spaces like we are getting ready for our own wedding. This role works closely with the Owners and Venue Director for collaboration.
PM Team: Celebrations are the best, post-party there’s work to do. Your role is to clean & transform the spaces for the next days event. Typical Shift is 7:00 pm – 11:00 pm
- Clean Bridal Suite and Grooms Quarters
- Help with table and chair set up in Historic Barn as needed
- Clean Restrooms & restock supplies
- Historic Barn surfaces and steps cleaned. Windows and Doors cleaned from fingerprints
- Historic Barn loft swept as needed
- The Stable surfaces and windows cleaned.
- We provide all tools and cleaning supplies
- Communicate if supply reorders are needed
- Communicate any issues to Owners. Broken or in need of repair items.
- We are a non-smoking venue space
AM Team: Our morning people. Bring your detailed eye to clean the property so it’s immaculate and ready for the days special event. Typical shift is 7:00 am – 12:00 am. Venue opens at 9:00 and guests will start to arrive so you may also be helping with directions and unloading assistance.
Check each space for any additional cleaning or touch ups needed. Bridal Suite, Grooms Quarters, Vineyard Pavilion, Restrooms, Historic Barn and Chapel Stable
- Fill Fountains if needed
- Water Container Plants if needed
- Check Windows and Doors for fingerprints or marks and clean
- Wipe down chairs both inside and outdoors to be ready to be used by guests without any debris getting on them
- Check pathways for trash or bird droppings and spot mop to remove
- We provide all cleaning tools and supplies
- Communicate if supply reorders are needed
- Communicate any issues to Owners. Broken or in need of repair items.
- We are a non-smoking venue space
Minimum Qualifications
- General knowledge of cleaning and hardworking with a positive can do attitude
- Enjoy working outside
- Able to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs for a 4-5 hour shift
- Be a self-starter and solution-oriented
- Be a collaborative team-player
- Go above and beyond attitude and take pride in caring for and preparing the spaces for the next special event
- Innovative and communicate ideas, needs or process improvement ideas to Owners
- Keen eye for attention to details
- Be highly personable and demonstrate a kind and service focused approach to interactions with people
- Must maintain a professional appearance and follow the Redeemed Farm attire guidelines as there will be times that clients and guests are onsite during your time here.
- Must have reliable transportation and a drivers license
- Must be able to work seasonally from May-October
