Capacity: Accommodates celebrations of up to 175 guests
Catering: Couples may select from our curated list of eight proven catering partners, each known for exceptional food, style, and professional service.
Bar Service: Redeemed Farm holds a State of Minnesota Alcohol License and is the exclusive provider of all alcohol and bar services. We offer beer (no kegs), wine, champagne, seltzers, and mixed drinks. Signature cocktails and mocktails are available.
Entertainment/DJ: We provide a required list of seven award-winning DJ companies experienced with our professional, high-end sound system. DJs provide sound for your ceremony, reception, and dance.
Venue Hours: Venue opens at 9:00 AM for first arrivals. Event concludes at 10:00 PM, with all guests departed by 10:30 PM. Venue remains open until 11:00 PM for vendor and décor removal. You receive exclusive use of the entire vineyard estate on your wedding day.
Additional Hours: Venue hours are regulated by the City of Scandia and cannot be extended. If you want to keep the party going, Running Aces in Forest Lake is a great option for an after party or Stillwater which is 20 minutes from the vineyard & farmstead!
Ceremony Locations: We have 3 beautiful ceremony locations that you can choose from to customize your special day.

- The Stable -white, chapel-inspired indoor ceremony space
- The Loft – upper-level, old-world architectural setting with chandeliers
- Two indoor ceremony options serve as seamless Plan B locations completely separate from dining – no room flips required.
Dinner Reception: Held in the Dinner Reception Room on the main level of the 1930s structure, finished in white with modern chandeliers and a built-in old world modern bar.
Dance: Held in The Stable, featuring soaring 30-foot ceilings and a custom white bar
Reserve your date: Your payment is divided into 3 payments. $1000 with signed agreement. 30 days later the balance of 1st 50%. Final 50% due six months prior to your wedding date.
Smoking: Due to significant gardens, grasses and historic buildings we are a non-smoking/vaping establishment. We do have one designated spot by outdoor firepit that does have a smoking receptacle where it is allowed.
Dogs: Dogs are allowed to be part of your ceremony with written approval.
Security: When alcohol is served or we have more than 100 guests security is required. We partner with Washington County off-duty Deputy’s. They are onsite from social hour until 10:30. Priced at their current rate on your date.
Parking: A large onsite parking area and attendant are provided. A golf cart is also available to assist guests as needed, and the venue is fully accessible. Due to our insurance carrier’s requirements, overnight parking is not permitted. Please plan ahead for any rideshare or transportation needs.
Wedding Insurance: Day of Event Insurance is required. Wedsure or Wedsafe are two online approved resources. We require $1M with host liquor if alcohol is served. Rates are $125-200.
Decor: Due to individualized style preferences decor is provided by renter. We are unable to have any live flame or sparklers but there are some great LED candle options.
Certification: Redeemed Farm is fully authorized to operate as a wedding venue in the state of MN. We have received our Certificate of Occupancy and Use Permit and are in full compliance of all permits and ordinances required from the City of Scandia and the State of Minnesota.
Venue Management: Our RF Venue Director and team is on-site from the moment you arrive until all guests/vendors are departed and to be on point for any venue needs. We require a professional Day of Coordinator to manage your timeline and details and be the point of contact throughout the day. A day at Redeemed Farm is easy, stress free and fun!
Rehearsal: Rehearsal is held offsite or the day of which is the most popular.
Transportation: Designated parking areas are available for limousines, motor coaches, and guest shuttles. Due to the requirements of our operating permit, party buses are not permitted.
Tables and Chairs: Redeemed Farm provides and sets up all tables and chairs for ceremony, reception and dance.
Wedding Insurance: Day of Event Insurance is required. Wedsure or Wedsafe are two online approved resources. We require $1M with host liquor if alcohol is served. Rates are $125-200.
